Amazing and excellent location close to AFC Fylde stadium, met expectations. In general the service was good.

Perfect location hard to find the location when the SAT NAV takes you to the other side of the island, a nice size and well laid out rooms. Just next door to road network and the restaurant.

It boasts handy, ideal location so close to a museum, Ribby Hall and a supermarket. The staff is excellent friendly and affable, that's an advantage, The ambiance is contemporary. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with the bar as well as TV and care about 

All the staff was very welcoming, settled my issues. Its location was marvellous, really close to local cafe which was n't open, pub and restaurant, and the shops.

The breakfast deal was very good with toast and scrambled eggs, as for instance. The location offered was particularly good next to restaurant next door, and the attached restaurant. We appreciated how close it was to St Joseph.  

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room that met our requirements perfectly. The location was ideal for us, being just three miles away from the wedding venue we were attending. 

The hotel of choice in Kirkham. Amazing and brilliant location to St Joseph. Based in a busy area. Luxurious bathroom.

So many fab options for breakfast, such as cereal, pastries, toast and fresh fruit. Location so close to the restaurant, the attached pub and shops.

I was pleased with friendly service. Glad that the weather was sunny, so I could enjoy its good pool. The staff were amazingly nice and location was particularly good and absolutely perfect. There was a large restaurant,
